About EIDX's Parent Organization

In September 2001, just a few months shy of EIDX's 15th anniversary, EIDX became a section of the Computing Technology Industry Association.

EIDX is just one of CompTIA's Electronic Commerce initiatives.

CompTIA is a not-for-profit trade association providing the technology community standards in the areas of Internet-enabled service provision, e-commerce, vendor-neutral technical certification, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), public policy, workforce development and training.
